Kate is the founder and director of Gloucestershire Medical Aesthetics. She has been a qualified nurse for the last 30 years and is a fully accredited Advanced Nurse Practitioner working in Primary and Urgent Care, alongside running GMA.

When Kate isn’t at work she is mum to four wonderful children and has a passion for travelling and seeing the world. She has built up a large clientele over the last several years with her honest approach to aesthetics and her ability to achieve natural yet beautiful results.

Tash ensures the smooth daily running of the clinic and can usually be found either chatting away and easing the nerves of one of our clients or assisting us in any treatments that need a spare pair of hands - all with that famous smile on her face.

She is a qualified hairdresser who still practices, and when she’s not at GMA she is a devoted mother of two teenage boys.  Keeping her on her toes, she can always be found on the side of a football pitch being their biggest cheerleaders!

Natasha started her nursing career back in 1992. A trained nurse and midwife, and a member of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare, she has worked across a wide range of specialities. However, her passion for women’s health led her to specialise in sexual health and reproductive services.

As a registered nurse trainer, Natasha is one of Gloucestershire’s most respected women’s health practitioners. With over 30 years of experience, she has developed her own menopause protocols and has a wealth of knowledge to help women navigate their health and wellbeing.

Natasha has a keen interest in supporting women through the complexities of hormones and wellbeing, from the beginning of their journey right through to later life. Alongside her women’s health services, she now offers basic anti-wrinkle treatments and dermal fillers, with exciting plans to expand her aesthetics expertise further. She is looking forward to training in advanced treatments, including polynucleotides and Sculptra.

And don’t worry, Natasha is still here to help with your B12 concerns and offers hay fever therapy, too!

When she isn’t helping the women of Gloucestershire navigate their health and wellbeing, she’s a busy mum of three young children, including twins. Get this woman a medal ASAP!

For over 15 years, Aamir has specialised in the treatment of Joint Pain and Sports Injuries. Aamir is a Advanced Musculoskeletal Practitioner, Independent Prescriber, and Diagnostic & Interventional Musculoskeletal Sonographer (ultrasound). He is currently employed as a musculoskeletal diagnostic and interventional sonographer within the Rheumatology Department at Worcester Royal Hospital, where he conducts a diverse array of ultrasound-guided procedures for musculoskeletal conditions (Meet Team at Worcester Royal Hospital) .

 

Aamir possesses extensive expertise in ultrasound imaging of joints, tendons, and ligaments. This modality serves various purposes, including aiding in diagnosis, monitoring treatment progress, and administering ultrasound-guided cortisone injections to these structures. He is proficient in Joint and Soft Tissue Injections, Medicine Prescribing, Acupuncture, Sports Injuries, and Sonography (ultrasound scanning & ultrasound-guided procedures).

 

Having completed his MSc in Physiotherapy from the University of East London, Aamir gained experience working within both the NHS and Private Practice settings. He furthered his education by pursuing a PgCert focusing on Muscle and Joint Sonography/Ultrasound and Soft Tissue and Joint Injections at Essex University. Additionally, he obtained independent medicine prescribing credentials from Coventry University.

I qualified as a makeup artist many years ago and primarily did bridal makeup. I’ve always loved beauty and cosmetics but for the last eight years I’ve worked for the NHS performing phlebotomy. 

I knew it was time for a new challenge, one that combines creativity with helping women feel their most confident.

 

I’m currently completing my in-depth training in Semi-Permanent Makeup with Karen Harvey Conran, learning every detail to ensure I can create safe, natural-looking results that enhance, rather than change,

 

When I’m not working I enjoy walking my dog , Barney, going to the gym and spending time with family and friends."

I’m a Registered Adult Nurse with over 15 years of clinical experience and currently work as a Band 6 Practice Nurse in General Practice. I hold a Level 6 qualification in Asthma Care and, in 2025, completed my V300 Level 7 Independent & Supplementary Prescribing qualification, becoming an Independent Nurse Prescriber.

My nursing career has given me extensive experience in patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and ongoing clinical care. I’m passionate about bringing those clinical skills into aesthetics, where patient safety, honest advice and individualised treatment plans are always my priority. I love helping people feel more confident while enhancing their natural features and achieving results that still feel like them.

Outside of nursing and aesthetics, I’m a true social butterfly. I’m married and a proud mum of four, and I love spending time with family and friends. I also have a passion for travelling, discovering new places and experiencing new things.

I’m a real people person and love making patients feel welcome, comfortable and at ease. I’m excited to bring my years of nursing experience into this next chapter of my career and look forward to meeting you in clinic.

Emma Hawkes is the CEO of EmTECH & EmTECH Clinics & Training. 

She has 30 years experience in the beauty & aesthetics industry. 

She has been a HIFU specialist with 10 years experience in HIFU treatments & training and is 

Level 4 HIFU Qualified. 

She is a Qualified Trainer, phlebotomist, injector & laser practitioner.

When she isn't hard at work she is Mum to a beautiful 25 yr old daughter  a 15 yr old boy, a mini sausage, Frenchie, British blue shorthair and bengal cat!

Dr Sabreena is passionate about Aesthetics and combines her interest in beauty with her medical knowledge to provide her clients a fully informed service for beauty with safety, beauty with confidence.
